![]() Also, on battery MSI intentionally switches the PL2 and PL1 both to 15W so it is like switching to Balanced (Comfort) mode so you don't have to switch profiles when you use the laptop on battery anyway. ![]() You can go to my profile, i've written a "review" of P15 a while ago and i keep updating it from time to time, you'll find more info there about fan control. You can also set the CPU's first dot to 0% to make both fans completely silent but the smaller fan will turn on at 51C cpu temp which is might reach when you open an app, open a site in a new tab on your browser, play a video, etc, it means that it will fluctuate often. During tasks where cpu is under 65C, only the smaller cpu fan will spin which produces way less noise that the gpu fan. With gpu set to 0%, the gpu fan will remain off until the cpu hits 65C, then it starts spinning at 3100rpm. ![]() No matter what you do, the fancurve will only accept either 100% or 0%, it doesn't fully work. In advanced fan settings in High Performance, go to GPU tab on top, set the first dot from the left to 0% and save the profile. I uploaded this version to drive, you can download it here, uninstall your current one, install this one, and leave the perf.profile always to High performance which now comes in Sport mode by default.
